Guaranty Letter


 

The Guaranty Letter must be signed by Legal Representative or company power of attorney (consignee manifested in the Bill of Lading),

It must contain:

- Company Letterhead.

- Letter must be certified by a Public Notary (bank certification is not valid) and legalized by the Notaries’ Assosiation in case the acting Notary is not from Capital Federal. Notary must state Legal Capacity of the undersigned.

- Letter must be complete, not hand-written (indicating consignee name, and in last page special address in Capital Federal for legal requirements).

- Content and order of paragraphs must not be modified, neither free time, rates and any other info within the guaranty letter.

- In case of personal effects Id or Passport must be required.

 

The Guaranty Letter which does not fulfill above mentioned requirements will not be accepted.
