| AFIP/DGA. General Resolution 2396. Manifest Redesign of ‘Sistema Informatico Maria’ (SIM). Informativo No 007/08 | 26/02/2008 |
| In accordance to the General Resolution 2396, as of the 17th of March 2008 a new requirement will need to be declared in the ‘Sistema Maria’, applicable solely to Freight Forwarders and Nvocc. They will need to produce a deconsolidated folder (pink folder) of the original B/L number that MSC provided, seeing that the Line would have to declare the CUIT number in the MANI. For this reason, we kindly ask you to please complete the attached document (Carta Numero de CUIT.doc) with the CUIT number, which should be manifested in cases of consolidated cargo, and ultimately hand in the original form to our offices containing the company letterhead and presidents/directors signature and stamp. Furthermore, we kindly request that you instruct the corresponding agents at origin to declare the inscription “ CARGA CONSOLIDADA ” in the B/L when relevant, in order for MSC Argentina to identify these cargoes and thus include them accordingly in the ‘Sistema Maria’.
